On October 21st took place in Lamantin, Guadeloupe, the inauguration of the new line of treatment facilities from Waste, Electrical and Electronics, attended by the french Minister of Overseas, Mrs. Ericka Bareigts.
Were present at the inauguration, the mayor of Lamantin, Mr Jocelyn Sapotille, Mr Victorin Lurel, Member of Parliament, Ludovic Fiers, general manager of the AER-Ecodec companies and Alain Mallart, chairman of Energipole Group.

By visiting the Lamenting platform after its inauguration, the Minister understood the full meaning of the vision of Ludovic Fiers, CEO of AER-Ecodec companies, subsidiary of the Energipole Group. For three years, he led discussions to convince his partners: Region, ADEME (Agency for Environment and Energy Management) and communities of the benefits of the waste treatment sector in the Caribbean. A few minutes earlier, he spoke about the genesis of the project, started in 2008 with AER, handling vehicles recycling.
